About Me

My entry into the field began when I was a teenager obsessing over the works of Carl Jung and trying to type my friends and family according to their Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

Since then, I have earned a Bachelors in psychology from the University of Florida, a Masters in Counseling from Multnomah University, done training in neurofeedback and brainspotting that has helped me to understand the way that our experiences and relationships impact the way that we navigate life's challenges.

I am a LMHC (LH61250817) in Washington and an LPC (C8073) in Oregon.

I spent my upbringing on the white sandy beaches of the Florida Panhandle and cherish memories of salt water, meeting for a fish fry, and ending a weekend with a sunburn and dinner at Waffle House.

I was fortunate to pursue many academic interests during my undergrad years.  Along with my psychology major, I pursued  minors in English and Nonprofit Organizational Leadership.

Outside of my professional interests, I enjoy taking my dogs on adventures, listening to podcasts, and enjoying all the wonders of the Pacific Northwest.
