Talk Therapy

My style of therapy is rooted in being person-centered and strengths-based.  I believe that you are wired for healing.  The therapeutic alliance creates a safe space where we can explore your beliefs, emotions, and relationships.  Therapy is "rough draft space" where you don't have to say things perfectly.  I honor that coming to therapy in the first place is a big decision that requires ongoing bravery and vulnerability.

I utilize interventions from Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

I am available for in-person session in southeast Vancouver, WA and virtually to both Washington and Oregon residents.
